A Bit About Me
I'm Elle, founder of Bloom Birth Collective
I'm thrilled to be your guide on this incredible journey of understanding childbirth.
With over a decade of experience as a dedicated midwife and nurse across various hospitals in Brisbane, I've witnessed first hand the transformative power of education and support during labour and birth. I've also unfortunately witnessed the challenges that can arise without it. Standard antenatal classes rarely seem to cut the mustard. I was always left wanting - wanting more women walking away with confidence, feeling ready to bring their baby into the world their way. Knowing that their innate wisdom would guide them as they leaned into the challenges of labour and trusted their bodies to birth uninhibited.

We are proud to be offering Calmbirth® courses, alongside some beautiful labour and birth tools in our shop to equip you to birth in your full power. In the course we will learn labour and birth specifics, how to embrace the challenges of labour, changing your approach to, and understanding of pain, as well as partner directed support.
I know from my own experience that something resonated with me on so many levels, and I knew this was the way to spread the message far and wide.
We're not here to tell you how to give birth, because every birth is unique. Rather, to understand that you already have everything you need within you to have an incredible birth experience. No matter what turn your birthing journey takes, you will learn how to make informed decisions that suit you.
Because we believe that when you're informed and supported, you're better prepared to embrace the miracle of birth with open arms.
