Babywearing can be an incredible way to stay close to your baby while still having the freedom to move through your day — but for many parents, it doesn’t feel intuitive at first.
I know this personally. When I had my first baby, babywearing felt confusing and overwhelming. I struggled to find a carrier that felt right, questioned whether I was doing it safely, and never quite found my rhythm. I wish I’d known then that support like this existed.
Now, I offer personalised babywearing support to help you feel confident, comfortable, and supported. Together, we’ll explore the benefits of babywearing, find a carrier that suits your body and lifestyle, and ensure you’re using it safely and comfortably.

WHAT TO EXPECT
I'll bring a curated range of carriers and slings to your session - from stretchy wraps and ring slings to structured carriers - so we can explore what feels right for your body, your baby, and your lifestyle. There's no pressure and no "right" answer; this is about finding what works for you.
We'll spend time getting to know your preferences, trying different options, and working through any questions you have. If you already own a carrier, bring it along - we can go through proper fit and positioning together so both you and your support person feel confident using it.
By the end of our session, you'll leave knowing how to wear your baby safely, comfortably, and with ease.

Who Is This For? This consultation is for all parents and caregivers - whether you're expecting and want to prepare ahead of time, you have a newborn and haven't quite found your stride, or you've been gifted a carrier and have no idea where to start. Partners and support people are warmly encouraged to come along too.
Where Does the Consultation Take Place? This is an in-home consultation, meaning I come to you - in the comfort of your own space, where you and your baby are most at ease.
Do I Need to Bring Anything? Just your baby! If you already own a carrier or sling, bring that along too and we can work with it. Everything else - a range of carriers and slings to try - I'll bring to you.
