    Thank you for hiring The Birth Sling through Bloom Birth Collective. To ensure your comfort, safety, and the longevity of this item, please follow the care and usage guidelines below.

    Before Use

    • Inspect the sling for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage.
    • Ensure it is securely anchored before putting any weight on it.
    • Always use with the assistance or supervision of your birth support team (midwife, doula, or partner).

    During Labour

    • The sling is designed to support upright and active birthing positions.
    • Use for leaning, swaying, or supported squatting – never for climbing, swinging, or full suspension.
    • Only one person should use the sling at a time. If you feel any discomfort, stop use immediately.

    Cleaning & Care

    • Do not machine wash.
    • Spot clean with warm soapy water and allow to air dry completely.
    • Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

    After Use

    • Please return the sling clean, dry, and in the provided storage bag.
    • If the sling has been soiled or damaged, let us know so we can arrange professional cleaning or repair.
