Fed up of a sticky and hard to move birth ball? Grab a birth ball cover!

You may also have heard of the many ways you can use an exercise ball during labour and birth. Using a ball during labour is considered upright labouring and can help to reduce the length of your labour.

I used a ball everyday in my third trimester. I took it to hospital with me to avoid being without a ball during labour. I recall sticking to the ball in the middle of summer and it being hard to move around the room. This cover solves both of those issues and it also makes the easier on the eye because the fabric is gorgeous.
